Why Florida Homeowners Insurance Continues to Outrage Consumers

LAKE WORTH, Fla. (Business Wire EON/PRWEB ) March 4, 2008 — Home Insurance Buyers Guide, LLC today released an update on customer satisfaction with Florida homeowner insurance companies as reported by its subscribers. The company offers a searchable database at www.homeinsurancebuyers.org where homeowners can find private insurance companies still writing new Florida homeowners insurance.

We have been capturing overall customer satisfaction levels for Florida homeowner insurance companies since October 2007 as subscribers purchase the buyers guide, said company President Michael Letcher. Satisfaction levels are measured on a 1-10 scale where (1 is dissatisfied and 10 is delighted.)
